Who We Are
Integrated Construction Solutions is a fully integrated real estate development firm with extensive experience in the dental, medical, and commercial construction fields. Having finished over 100 projects, our expertise in the industry creates tremendous value and confidence for both local and national clients. We are a family-owned firm focused on developing and delivering quality projects to our clients and communities. We are committed to building strong relationships that last by delivering exceptional design and construction. Clearly understanding our clients’ goals and expectations for each project, and developing a plan to ensure that those expectations are exceeded is our highest priority.
We specialize in commercial construction, land development, medical build-outs, municipal build-outs, retail build-outs, and fitness build-outs. We offer a full line of services including pre-construction and in-house design work, 3-D virtualization design, in-house contracting, preliminary construction schedules, value engineering, and feasibility studies. We work closely with our clients to customize our services in order to meet their specific needs, save them time and money, and deliver the quality they deserve.
Our History
Our team has over 70 years of combined experience in construction, property management, and land development. Noting a tremendous increase in construction activity, our group determined it was time to create a dedicated construction that was able to address specific demands from the construction industry that our ownership and maintenance companies did not address. Since its conception, ICS has become a respected regional competitor in the commercial and retail construction industry.
